Hello
We are coming to Paphos next Sunday for one week.
I’ve looked at the weather precautions and, as far as I can see, the weather should change from Sunday. I see a hot week but every every day rain and thunder.
Will it be really as bad as that? Help…we really need of a bit of sunshine… to relax and enjoy after a very hard time of work.
Where can I find a reliable weather precaution?

hi seen a lot of thunder in jan - feb .not this time of year, the best forcast I know is to watch the sky over the mountains if it is a horrible dark colour take cover

We arrive nex Saturday and have similar concerns, looks like it should improve though so keep everything crossed!

Its been a strange September/October in Cyprus. Rained in September which is virtually unheard of. I%26#39;ve usually experienced some rain in October but it has been gloriously sunny and hot to date. We expected some rain first two weeks when we went but all we had were perfect blue skies, no cloud and very warm sea.

Weather forecast until next Sunday is for rain, then next week it%26#39;s supposed to get sunny again.
Having lived here for a while now, it%26#39;s not rain like you get in the UK. It tends to absolutely come down in torrents for half an hour, and then the sun will come out again.
We live in the hills above Paphos so we get more rain than on the coast.
Even if you were here this week, I still think you%26#39;d get out on the beach!

I hope there is an improvement in the weather. We will be arriving in Paphos first week of November, at the moment thunderstorms and rain forecast every day. I have also checked a few different websites in the hope of getting better weather. However I intend to have a great holiday whatever happens. Good weather will be a bonus if it rains every day will have to take long tour of underground tombs!
