Be careful when booking this hotel. We booked a holiday here for my daughter and her partner as a 21st birthday present. It was booked on the grounds that it was a bed and breakfast holiday, but with a guaranteed upgrade to half board at the hotel (their deal not the holiday company). I checked this several times and was assured they were entitled to it and would get it. When they got there the hotel denied all knowledge and wouldn%26#39;t give it to them. The holiday company would not get involved as it was not their offer. When they got back and I queried it direct with the hotel the manager said yes they were entitled and should have had it. However the only thing the hotel would do is refund the cost of 1 meal that they ate there. Don%26#39;t trust any deal they offer - especiallyif you can%26#39;t afford the extra money needed to eat out all week.

No this was a FREE upgrade deal advertised by the hotel on the travel agents web site for arrivals before a specific date.
