Wedding at the Aliathon Holiday Village

Hi, i am getting married in September at the Aliathon Holiday Village run by first choice. I have read some good and bad reviews about the hotel but would really like some feedback on what there weddings are like as i have searched everywhere online and can%26#39;t find a single review about a wedding taking place there.

I am also thinking of getting married at this hotel but not till the year after, it would be good if you could let us know how it all went so that we know what to expect.

I have asked a few people about getting married in Cyprus and everyone has said that it is fantastic, the hotels really do make it special, but knowbody seems to know of a wedding at the Aliathon Holiday Village, I am sure it will be just as good.

A friend in Paphos told me they have only started doing weddings this year and its first choice exclusive - they won%26#39;t even let wedding planners book their although the little chapel is supposed to be nice.

Hi I%26#39;m sara. we%26#39;re staying at aliathon in october. we%26#39;re getting married in the yeroskippou town hall which supposed to be fab! but i%26#39;ve been reading reviews of the holiday village. And now i%26#39;m nervous. But I guess your always going to get some good some bad. I hope you find out about your wedding please drop me a line back if you have any info that might put my mind at ease

hi Louise12. Have you joined a discussion forum called holiday-truths.com? They have a discussion on Aliathon becoming holiday village. Its worth a look. No one has had there wedding there yet. I cant wait until some people return to tell all. I will let you know how my wedding goes. I am worried about it as is everyone else. Not only are they still building the village but there are concerns about where the weddings will take place on the grounds. Dont worry by the time you get married there will be quite a lot of feedback hopefully.

hi all, i am getting married at the aliathon holiday village on 24th october 2008 and i am too looking for some reviews. i am struggling to find a nice restaurant to hold my reception. Any ideas?

The Aliathon has always done weddings but for Cypriots, First Choice has took part of the Aliathon over as the Holiday Village. If the Hotel is sorting the wedding out it should be fine because they are used to organising big Cypriot functions and also putting food on if you require so i cant forsee any problems.
