whats the best to have on a meze menu my mates getting married an is having his do in michaels restaurant

that shud say he is getting married in cyprus an they are having thier reception in michaels restaurant paphos whats the best thing to order from a meze menu

Every time I%26#39;ve had mezze I haven%26#39;t been asked to pick individual dishes. Just had the choice of Fish or Meat Mezze and they just start bringing it all out very quickly! Bound to be something you like in amongst it all. I prefer the Fish ones as most Cypriot Eating places really overcook their meat to my way of thinking.

I must say I had a strange one at Pervolia recently. It was a meat mezze but had two types of snails. One of them liquorice flavoured? What%26#39;s that all about then!

As stated you do not order certain meat they just bring it and you eat it, usual menu is and which varies from one place to the other is

The Meze will be different from restaurant to restaurant and can vary greatly. It is however a brilliant way to try a lot of different dishes without ordering one and then finding you don%26#39;t like it!!

We always have a meze on the first night and usually stick to meat as the hubby isn%26#39;t a fish fan and you can usually only order for 2 upwards. Have had some brillaint fish mezes when we went with my parents, out Polis and Latchi way.
