Good Property Management Companies

I have a property on Limnaria Gardens which I have rented out for the last three years, after using the same management company for this time we feel it is time to change after the number of complaints we have received this year and also down to cost. Can anyone recommend a good reliable company or ex-pats please.

I do not own a property but have rented through lifestyle assets twice now and have found their customer service second to none. On the assumption you would get similar treatement as a property owner I would recommend them without reservation!

We use B %26amp; I Properties.

Never had any problems with cleaning, maintenance or just helpfulnes.

Pop in and see them, based in Chlorakas next time you are over.

I own a property at Royal Seacrest and use a company called Cosy Cove, they are British and have never let me down, this is their first season but as i say i wouldnt hesitate in recommending them, contact is Simon, google them.

I use sue and simon from cosycove, they have looked after our property for two years and have tailored their services to our needs without a hitch. what swung it for me in the beginning was they like to meet their clients face to face. I also have had dealings with Lisa from lifestyle, she also likes the personal touch and is very helpful
