Mozzies around in November?

Hi

We are arriving in Paphos on 12 November and looking at the weather forecast note that quite a lot of rain is due around that time.

We wondered whether there are many mozzies around or have they all hibernated now?

All replies gratefully received.

We have never had a problem with mozzies at any time of year.

Then you have been very lucky indeed- even in early October we have seen people with red lumps on their arms and legs! However in November you should be OK-if you are fortunate enough to have warm evenings then keep windows shut when lights are on indoors. Enjoy your trip.

this year we have found mossies to be more common around our home than in previous years, however by November i would really expect the weather to be such that there will not be so many.
