Does anyone know why Cyprus is blank on Google Maps? No roads, no nothing.
Have asked Google but no reply forthcoming.

Maybe you have done a very big zoom or you have done zoom on an area of Cyprus that is not on google map. You can try also www.wikimapia.org

Thanks - this query came about after a request from a no-internet friend who wanted to know how to get from A to B. Compared to the rest of Europe, information on Cyprus in the various on-line mapping systems is very poor or non-existent.
He will have to buy his own map!

You can try visitcyprus.com.
They have an option for route finding but I gave up on using it after several frustrating tries, feeling totally stupid.
Maybe you%26#39;ll have better luck.

google earth has the same problem with cyprus, I have no idea where they got the images from but my apartments are 20 years old and are not on there, just a field.
How they have 20 year old images is beyond me!
