Holidaying in October

Hi, I am planning a holiday in October Half Term and was wondering if Cyprus will still be warm then?

I%26#39;m not too concerned about the evenings being chilly but I%26#39;d like to go somewhere where I can sit around a pool in the lovely warm sunshine!

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

Days will still be warm but as you say will get cooler in the evening. There is a likelihood of rain but that will usually be short and intense, thunder and lightning also possible. Days of UK drizzle are very unlikely.

Well I%26#39;m going the first two weeks in October and I love the warmth. I%26#39;ve been in October for a number of years - there is always the slight risk of some rain mid October but generally speaking you will have sitting around the pool weather.

We are also going in mid October this year. We have been half term week lots of times in the past, always had reasonable weather, although it can be windy. The sea is still lovely and warm although the pools can be a bit chilly.

This year we are escaping on our own, and are going to spend part of the holiday in the north for a change, we are determined to get to the end of the Karpaz peninsular, events have conspired against us other years!
