Limassol Nightlife? Is there any?

I have a holiday in Ayia Napa booked in 2 weeks however the outbreak of Swine Flu there is forcing me to consider another resort.

I have read that Limassol is the 2nd biggest resort for nightlife, although not on the scale of Ayia Napa.

I have been offered the Navarria hotel, whats it like?

Anyone been? What is the nightlife like?

Navarria Hotel is comfortable and a good 3*. What type of nightlife are you looking for? There are some discos and music bars with western music. One or two excellent tavernas with Cypriot music and food.

I must admit being puzzled about changing because of swine flu!

Normally I would say that Limassol is more for over 30%26#39;s where is Ayia Napa and Protaras are catering mainly for the under 30%26#39;s. However, anything goes and who worries about age.

By the way there is a night club at the Arsinoe which is next to Navarria.

I had great nights in the old town...dolces was a fantastic bar, taste of the real cyprus. You also had a few bars dotted along the front, including an irish bar (all the football is shown here) But the tourist area is definately more lively, great night out there ;o)
