Can anyone recomend a good red/white wine to drink. We are staying at the Almond Holiday Village and do like a nice bottle of wine with our evening meal/lunch.

I usually drink Italian white or Rose wine here at home so can%26#39;t comment on Red wine(gives me headache) When I%26#39;m in Northern Cyprus a couple I can recommend is Lal Rose or Villa Dolucca white wine.
Both of these are reasonably priced at Almond Village but can be bought very cheaply at Local Supermarkets.

Cankaya is decent white. There are some very nice sparkling white AND reds also available in supermarkets for about £5.

You should try Villa Doluca or Cankaya.

You will probably have to work your way through the local stuff to see what you like. I personally prefer Angora red and white but also like Villa Doluca and they do a nice rose too. Cankaya is my least favourite because it is a little less dry than the others.
