Attractions apart from just clubs and night life!

Hi,

We are a couple and have planned our first anniversary in Ayia Napa from 19th - 23rd September.

My Travel agent has booked us on Emirates from Dubai and stay in Bella Napa. Can you help me with the reviews of this hotel. Some reviews have been contradicting in various websites.

Also, have planned to travel around by a rented car, which tour agent would you strongly recommend!

Have plans to enjoi in the following places/rides, any suggestions or recommendations for each one them.

Water world, theme park

Odyessy Boat Adeventure

DONKEY SAFARI

FAMAGUSTA - KERYNIA (boat ride)

%26quot;GALAXY%26quot; DOLPHIN SAFARI

Submarine drive

can one strongly recommend of the dos and do nots?

We are indians, do we have any indian restaurant near by Bella napa hotel?

Hi there

with regards to the list of things you want to see and do, here is what I think -

waterworld - will cost you about €32 to get in, but you should be able to pick up discount coupons from many places in ayia napa. if you go early and get a full day out of it then it is worth the money and you will have a great time, there are loads of slides and different things to do.

I have never heard of Odyssey boat adventure, the most popular adventure boat trip in ayia napa is the dolphin boat safari, you can get tickets from the yellow bus at the harbour, this is a good fun trip and also worth doing.

I%26#39;m not sure if the donkey safari is still running. I haven%26#39;t heard anything about this for years. There is a camel park though near larnaca which you can take a trip to through eman tours (their office is near the harbour and they do trips all over the island)

For famagusta and kyrenia you have to take a coach tour or drive, you can%26#39;t take a boat trip to these places.

Galaxy is a new boat in ayia napa this year and I don%26#39;t know anyone%26#39;s who%26#39;s been on it i%26#39;m afraid.

the yellow submarine is €10 for an hour and a half trip. If you%26#39;re doing the other boat trips i don%26#39;t think this one is worth doing as well as all you get is one swimming stop and see some fish. (just plain black and grey ones)

You might be interested in the black pearl with is another new boat this year with a pirate theme.

There was an indian restaurant at the bottom of the road from the bella napa by the new famagusta apartments but i%26#39;m not sure if it is still there. If not there are a few other in town but from what I have heard the food is not that impressive. If you want to try something different the japanese,(hokkaido) mexican (los bandidos) and polynesian (fiji) are all very popular and do great food.

Have accommodation booked in Bella Napa, this hotel as well has mixed reviews. Can someone guide if it is still OK staying here?

Can you also suggest reasonable car rentals in Ayia napa ?

Hi,

Stayed in the Bella Napa in 2007 and it was gorgeus, the breakfasts are gorgeous two lots of fresh fruit. It is in the perfect location aswell straight across the road from the beach.
