Hi there is an internet cafe on left hand side of the captains table restaurant in kato paphos, that does everything, have used them myself, when we were in a situation 2 years ago, when my daughter was admitted to paphos general hospital, when her baby arrived 12 weeks early, get any information you can from the hospital and keep on at the insurance company, we had to book our flights home and send the receipts to the insurance company for reimbursement(tell them to keep all receipts including food %26amp; accomodation etc) we used a travel company opposite the big church just up from the cross roads tombs of the kings road/kato paphos/town centre, garden centre they were very helpful the girl working there used to work in north london, she booked the flights and we collected the tickets the next day, we were home 48 hours after booking flight, i know what it%26#39;s like, and if i can help in any way please contact me, wishing them all the luck

tried the website recommended but wont allow me to register, nevermind, i am currently trying to see if axa in greece will accept email confirmation of card details to book flight, why they cant just do it over the phone ill never know, thanks for your advice anyway

Hi again, easyjet fly from paphos on 26 sept to manchester at 21.55 cost is £517.96 for 2 of them, you may be able to book on line then let them know the ref number, they would only have to take the ref number to the checkin desk at the airport, hope this helps

hi viv thanks so much for your advice, its turning into more of a nightmare because the insurance wont pay but are willing to organise the flights for them and the flights they have found are the ones i have found at this end, however they wont take card details and book over the phone so are making my poor old uncle traipse around looking for fax machines, he sent one and they then said needed another card, by then everywhere had closed so i have tried doing it via email with them but wont confirm till tomorrow, nevermind, tomorrows another day and all that, have passed on your info re the internet cafe so that should be a help, only have one day left to sort this out as flight is on saturday!! thanks again..im off to have a strong drink!!

Hi,

Cyprus Living forum has advised if you go into any Estate Agents they will help you with photocopying/faxing. The hotel really should be assisting you with this. Alternatively many of the little kiosks dotted around Paphos offer a photocopying/fax service.

Hope everything gets sorted for you. How on earth can the insurance company pre-judge without any evidence!

Kath
