royal seacrest complex still under construction?

hi we are booked into an apartment at the royal seacrest complex, which i am informed by the owner is a brand new complex which is not finished yet, but should be in time for when we go on 21 may

i would just like to get a idea of the area around this complex and to see if anyone knows about it.

i am told its walking distance to the beach, bars and restaraunts and other amenties on a main road to the town

the other question i have is i am thinking of taken a ATM card, and need to know if there are cash machines about,

we are owners of one of the apartments and are told the whole complex will be completed by may.

bloody hope so, as we arrive on the 18th of may at our apartment.

I am told it is looking fantastic, we have also been over to check things out and it really is in a prime location. (plenty of atm machines) we are in block b, so see you there for a bbq on the roof terrace.

not sure what block we are in yet, but we will be the first one%26#39;s to use the apartment, we arrive on the 21st, and are really looking forward to it

just one more thing, we re planning on stocking up with food and beer when we get there and have been told the best place to go is the supermarkets, do you know how far the nearest one is, were not hiring a car so will be walking or getting a taxi

a car is not necessary at all, plenty of supermarkets around and buses up and down tomb of the kings road which is 400meters away.

the bus also goes to the water park where they will refund your fare, not sure if the water will be warm then or not but I%26#39;m sure you will be able to brave it, unless your a Mahdi bum like me.

i am an owner of an apartment on site, we have been renting our apartment since the 28th April, i am being told from various people that there are two worknmen on site carrying out minor snaging, and there are a few cleaners sweeping up behind them, and that is it, the complex is fantastic, everything is in working order.

The nearest bar is a sports bar called O Neills, and there is an ATM on the other side of the road, the bar and ATM are approx 5 - 10 mins walk.
