Rooms at Nestor

I%26#39;ve been trying to book 2 rooms at the Nestor for me %26amp; hubby and 17 yr old son - one for single use but can%26#39;t get anywhere with Thomson - they say that they have sold their allocation of single rooms and that the rooms can hold 3 adults - can anyone advise if this is feasable - are there two double beds in the rooms. Can%26#39;t really tell from the pics but there doesn%26#39;t seem to be a lot of space in the rooms for 3 adults!

I stayed here at the end of 2007 and the rooms are pretty snug room size wise. Perfectly big enough for 2 but 3 would be pushing it. Our room had 2 single beds.

Try booking direct with the hotel as an alternative, they%26#39;re pretty good at responding to emails or try one of the room consolidators like Alpharooms.

Thanks - I%26#39;ve emailed the hotel but they have come back to me with prices higher than Thomson and they are offering B%26amp;B whereas Thomson are offering Half Board - I%26#39;ve got my travel agent on the case now to see if he can work it out with Thomson.

I didn%26#39;t think the rooms looked big enough for 3 on the website but apparently they have family rooms as well which have a double bed and single bed so that may be an option.

Good Luck....it%26#39;s a really nice hotel and very popular with repeat guests. Huge pool and in a great location.

Personally I always prefer B%26amp;B as there are so many nice places to eat in Ayia Napa and the Nestor doesn%26#39;t get the greatesr reviews for their evening meals ? Breakfast was ok but they%26#39;re very strict on the closing times !

I guess as repeat guests the Nestor sometimes gives better rates direct, although I%26#39;ve also found them cheaper through some room consolidators.

I can%26#39;t help you with the Nestor but i can highly recommend the Napa Plaza.

It%26#39;s a bit up more in the town from the Nestor but a very nice hotel.

If you check out my review and look at the photos, you will see how big the room we had was.

This would easily accommodate all of you.

there was a huge double bed as well as 2 single beds!

Hi Surreysunseeker73 - hotel looks %26amp; sounds great I did look at that one inthe brochure but didn%26#39;t want to be that far into centre, prefer to be near the beach. I%26#39;ve got an email dialogue going on with the reception team at the Nestor and it seems that they have single beds as well as a double in the room (not camp beds according to them) so hopefully we will get that booked. If anyone out there knows anydifferent I would love to hear from them? Thanks for your replies
