Restaurant help

Hi friends,

we are due to be in Cyprus next Sunday. Our flight is scheduled to land early in the morning - we will then rent a car and make our way leisurely to Lysos. Could you suggest a nice restaurant for lunch on the way - possibly with Italian fare or fish - for my family (the Italian fare is for my 10 yrs old)? If you have any other suggestions for places to see on the way do not hesitate to voice them - we%26#39;ll be two nights in Lysos and then two nights in proximity of Paphos.

You could stop in Polis before carrying on up to Lysos lots of restaurants there, Italian and Fish - or go down to Paphos harbour.

Kathikas is very nice indeed, several good local tavernas, food is nothing fancy but good value and hearty.

Many thanks!! We ended up stopping at Kathikas and were very happy to have escaped the crowds down in Pafos. Had an excellent lunch at Araouzos, with truly good fish (even on a Sunday) and lots of warmth and cordiality. Definitely recommended.
