End of October. What clothes to pack??

Hi there, i was just wondering if u could help me. I have never been to Cyprus before and we are heading over on the 25th Oct for 1 week. My Oh n i. I have read previous posts where people are asking if it%26#39;s still possible to catch a tan at theis time and many have replied yes. I have been to Turkey at the end of Oct and the weather was lovely, Shorts or 3/s for the daytime as well as bikini for the beach. I guess we were just hoping it would be similar here. Any help will be greatltly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

The weather in Cyprus this year has been a bit unusual so difficult to say exactly. Usually the weather at the end of October is still good. We have sunbathed for a couple of hours in the middle of the day in late November/early December. I think you will be fine in shorts and cut offs but I would take something warmer for the evenings. Take your bikini and I am sure you will be swimming at least some of the time.

Thanks very much for the reply, getting ready to pack this weekend, hopefully will catch some sun, don%26#39;t mind if we have to have a lil rain, what will be will be. At least we will be in a different country so we can explore, lol. Wendy

Hi, I came back from Cyprus yesterday. Didn%26#39;t wear a cardigan once. at least 29 degrees every day. Evenings were lovely temperature, warm enough to sit out in a strappy top but not too hot to need air conditioning on.

Hi I am also heading out to Protaras for the first time with 3 kids staying at Sunrise Beach Hotel. We are going 28th October till 4th November. I didnt do my research properly when I booked so really nervous now as I hear everything and I mean evrything shuts on 31st October? Im just praying for good weather or this looks like it might be a bit of a waste of money and cant imagine the grief Im going to get from my husband who wanted to go to Tenerife.

Hopefully there will be a few places open still. We are heading over between 25th Oct - 2nd Nov. If not we%26#39;ll (OH N ME) just have to do as much as poss in the way of shops in the first few days then chill by the pool or beach for the last few. That way it won%26#39;t be bad at all. I did notice a few places had boards outside saying open all year round.
