Europcar Nicosia: Location?

Hi,

I have booked a car via Holiday Auto%26#39;s. I have to collect from the office in downtown Nicosia. I will be walking across the Ledra Street crossing. I have concerns about the address of the office, which is 5b Acheon Street, Lavinia Ct, Ayios Andreas, Nicosia. Google Earth shows this in a wooded area near the University of Cyprus. Can anyone offer some insight into the exact location of Europcar/ Andy Spyrou office? I phoned them to ask for directions, but all the lady would say is that it is far from the Ledra crossing and that I would need a taxi.
