What is the best (high quality, price not a problem) hotel in all of Cyprus? preferably one close the sea or beach.

This should be the Anassa hotel in Polis area.
Other good choices would be the Four Seasons hotel in Limassol, Columbia Resort in Pissouri and Elysium in Paphos. All four are built on the beach, it depends what else you are looking for.

I would second on Anassa in Polis-Pafos District. You could also try Aphrodite hills in Kouklia- again in Pafos District. Enjoy!
