can any one help the map pdf is asking for a password

well i got it working thanks to donandpam emailing me a copy it still asked me for password but this time i clicked ok without putting out in an dada it worked only prob is now i hasnt got the hotel on were we are going its the paphian park village have tryed loads of different sites to get a fix on it most give the centre of paphos which i think must be thier offices can anyone help
