Ayia Napa in October

Four 25 year old girls going to Ayia Napa on 15th October for a week. Just got some questions:

What will the weather be like? Sunbathing/beach weather?

Chance of rain?

Will the resort be quieter in October than mid-summer?

I got married in Cyprus 3 years ago in mid-October -- the weather was great -- we all sunbathed and swam however at night it was a bit cooler. Two years ago again the weather was great. Last year the 3rd week of October was a bit windy and one day it rained (for like an hour).

Ayia Napa will be much quieter in October than August -- there will still be many tourists but hotels are not completely full anymore. Pubs etc still open (most close in November).

napa a lot quiter in oct but weather good . i was there last year same date and it was 80 degrees. i have a villa there and i prefer easter and oct. heading out again 4 th oct for a week. place still lively.

hi i was in ayia napa last oct weather was still really hot bit cooler at night and it did rain a few nights but dried up and the sun was out the next morning still came home with a great tan which of course is the most important thing!!! you%26#39;ll have a ball i was there in june with 7 of my friends and 4 of us are going back leaving the men at home can%26#39;t wait!!! the returants are fantastic try the japanese its great craic food is lovely they cook it in front of you around a big table, and also clarabela%26#39;s steak house is fantastic. good clubs are carwash, black and white, the castle and starskys you%26#39;ll love it!!!

it will be a bit quieter but still a good buzz will be there on the 7th for the irish match the weather is still nice and warm then too so plenty of sun for yer tans

I%26#39;m heading to Ayia Napa on Saturday 7 October too staying at the Macronossis Village. Does anyone have any idea how far these apartments are from the square?

Macronissos to the Square would be about one hour walk.

Whatever happens it will be nicer weather than here in the uk. :-)

hi Alison1711 were going to those appartments on the 4th which is a saturday, u say ur going on the 7th...well thats a tuesday!! anyway we may well see u there if u havnt got ur dates mixed up(something that us women know only too much about lol), anyway back to what u asked, weve been told its a good 15 mins walk into aiya napa from the macronissos village but theres a bus stop almost directly outside or a taxi is about £10...yes thats 10 english pounds. hope this helps oh and mines a vodka n coke! see you soon :-)
