Ascos Coral Beach - keeping it adult only

Does anyone know the email address or who to contact at Ascos so we can protest about the fact that Ascos will taking children in the summer.

Have own kids now grown up and really enjoyed our peaceful child free stay. We%26#39;re going back and booked for next June only to be told in the confirmation letter (not on the website when we booked) from Thomas Cook that children could now go in the summer.

Possibly we need to protest to Thomas Cook - anybody know how we can do that.

Hi and welcome to TA.

My advice would be to complain directly to Thomas Cook. If you booked via an agent, print off a screen shot of their web description, which clearly says %26quot;Please Note This property does not accept bookings for children aged 16 and below during May - October%26quot;, and demand a refund of all your monies as they clearly misled you with their description. If they try to tell you they made an error, ensure you have it in writing and a new booking confirmation issued as evidence should it prove to be correct when you holiday next year.

If you booked online, email them and get writen confirmation, rather than a phone call.

Good luck and let us know how you got on.

Thank you. I will take your advice and try what you suggested.

you have a written non negotiable contract with them as per ABTA website

you are entitled to a full refund of ant deposit paid, I would get it back and book Athena Royal an adult only hotel that is absolutely fantastic (see T/A reviews)
