Amazing Villa in Peyia

We stayed at a 3 bed villa in Peyia (16 Peyia Diana). We found it on holidaylettings.co.uk.

It%26#39;s situated on a new development just outside of Peyia village.

It has good sized rooms and the furnishings are brand new. The villa is very comfortable, a bonus if you want a lazy day around the pool / house, which we did quite often whilst on holiday! The villa also has a DVD player so if you fancy a night in this is ideal.

All rooms in the villa are air conditioned . This was great as after being in the hot air was nice to walk inside to a nice cool room.

The Private swimming pool is amazing. Although not heated the sun would warm up the water and it would be really warm around 3pm. There is also a outside shower on the patio area so you can rinse off after a swim. There is also 6 sun loungers around the pool for sun worshipers.

There%26#39;s a dining table inside and outside so depending on your mood!! We often sat outside on the patio and watched the sunset over the rear garden.

All sockets are UK which was a nice surprise - no need for adapters!

Unless you like walking i would advise that you hire a car as its about a 45 minute walk into Coral Bay! Taxi prices are reasonable and Taxis from Coral bay will charge between 8-12 Euros to take you from the villa to Coral Bay.

There is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away or short drive away. We stocked up on supplies here as the fridge freezer in the villa has plenty of room. Near the supermarket is a really nice traditional bakery. The staff speak English and are really helpful. They sell lovely MASSIVE iced ring donuts.

Coral Bay itself has a great beach and a great choice of restaurants and bars.

Peyia village is situated just up the hill (approx 1 km) where you%26#39;ll find a couple of nice restaurants and a bakery with great cakes! Prices here are cheaper than down in Coral Bay but Coral Bay prices are still reasonable.
